Welcome To episode 33 of The Career Breakthrough Series, in this episode I interview Jake Parsons.
Jake is an international race car driver who begun his career racing go carts, Jake worked his way up to the FIA World Go Kart championships which he won.
From there, Jake followed his own path and progressed into professionally racing both formula and GT cars, becoming the rookie champion in his debut season racing single seater cars.
Jake has amassed an impressive record with 2 Championships, 2 Vice-Championships, 18 race victories and 35 podiums across six different racing series, competing throughout Australia, Asia, Europe, Middle East and the USA. As well as established partnerships with Audi, Volkswagen and Lamborghini.
This year Jake moved to Japan and is currently competing in the Super GT series for team SARD, the current Super GT champion, in the GT300 class. Super GT is the top level of sports car racing in Japan, attracting the country’s largest fan base of approximately 200K at track viewers. The series races on Japan’s top circuits, including its flagship event at Fuji and the Suzuka Formula 1 circuit.
