Welcome To episode 37 of The Career Breakthrough Series, in this episode I interview Daniel Wallock.

Daniel Wallock is a marketer, heart condition survivor, and published author. Daniel’s done projects with over 50 companies including BMW i Ventures, The American Heart Association, Amazon Studios, Girl’s Inc, and Sarah Lawrence College. Daniel has been interviewed in The Huffington Post, Forbes, TheNextWeb, and he has also appeared in the Los Angeles Times and Yahoo News. In the last 12 months, Daniel helped successfully market Perseus Mirrors and OneX, two viral crowdfunding campaigns, both of which raised over $100,000.

His journey started with being born with dextrocardia, a congenital heart condition where the heart points to the right side of the chest instead of the left. He was also born with six other congenital heart conditions which have required him to undergo multiple open-heart surgeries.

That hasn’t stopped Wallock from starting his business while being a full-time college student. Even with the time constraints of a full course load at school, Wallock has managed and grown his marketing company. He recently was ranked one of the top 8 content marketers to follow by Inc and is a passionate writer.
